2. Service Description
resumeportfolio.in is a portfolio generation platform that:
- Converts resume PDFs into professional portfolio websites
- Uses AI to generate portfolio content
- Hosts portfolios at public URLs (resumeportfolio.in/username)
- Provides editing tools and theme customization
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription Plans
Standard Plan (₹99/month):
- 1 portfolio
- 3 edits per month (after initial publish)
- 4 standard themes
Premium Plan (₹199/month):
- 3 portfolios
- Unlimited edits
- All 10+ themes (including premium)
- AI Improve & Tailor Resume features
5. Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay
- Payments auto-renew unless cancelled
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹)
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee (see Refund Policy)
- No refunds for partial months after 7 days
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your portfolio remains publicly accessible (never deleted)
- You lose editing access
- Premium features (AI, analytics) are disabled
- You can reactivate anytime to regain access
7. Content Ownership
- You retain all rights to your resume content and portfolio data
- We have a license to display your portfolio publicly at your chosen URL
- You grant us permission to use AI (OpenAI) to process your resume
- We may showcase anonymized examples for marketing
8. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Upload malicious files or spam content
- Impersonate others or create fake portfolios
- Use offensive usernames or inappropriate content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our service
- Resell or redistribute our service
9. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for lost revenue due to downtime.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free or that your portfolio will result in job offers.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Hyderabad, Telangana courts.
