Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment
- You have a Standard (₹99/mo) or Premium (₹199/mo) subscription
- This is your first refund request (we don't offer multiple refunds to the same user)
How to Request a Refund
- Email us: Send an email to hello@resumeportfolio.in with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include:
- Your email address used for payment
- Razorpay transaction ID (found in payment receipt email)
- Brief reason (optional — helps us improve)
- Wait for confirmation: We'll process your refund within 24-48 hours
- Receive refund: Money will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
What Happens After Refund
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately
- Your portfolio remains publicly accessible (we never delete portfolios)
- You lose editing access
- Premium features (AI, unlimited edits, premium themes) are disabled
- You can re-subscribe anytime to regain full access
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are NOT available if:
- More than 7 days have passed since payment
- You've already received a refund once (prevents abuse)
- Your account was terminated for Terms of Service violations
- You used a discount code or promo (discounted prices are final)
Partial Refunds
We do NOT offer partial refunds for:
- Unused days in the month (subscriptions are billed monthly, not daily)
- Unused edit limits
- Downgrading from Premium to Standard mid-month
Why This Policy?
We want you to try our service risk-free. 7 days is enough time to:
- Upload your resume and generate a portfolio
- Try different themes
- Test AI features (Premium users)
- Publish and share your portfolio
- See if it helps your job search
