I am a Security Operations professional with 3+ years of expertise in 24x7 SOC monitoring, incident triage and advanced threat investigation at SecurityHQ. I was recognized with the Star Performer of the Year Award in 2024 and 2025 for consistently managing high incident workloads and driving detection tuning. My current focus is transitioning into Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and IT audit.
Designed and implemented a self-built SOC lab using Wazuh SIEM to simulate real-world attack scenarios (SSH brute-force, malware detection, port scanning) and practice end-to-end alert investigation, event correlation and incident analysis workflows.

Monitored and triaged security alerts round-the-clock in a 24x7 SOC environment using IBM QRadar and Microsoft Sentinel. Performed initial analysis and escalated incidents by identifying malicious activity, false positives and severity/urgency levels per SOPs. Investigated endpoint security alerts using EDR tools and validated indicators of compromise.

Led investigation and response activities for P1/P2 high-priority security incidents in a 24x7 SOC environment. Performed advanced threat analysis and alert correlation using IBM Qradar, Microsoft Sentinel, Datadog. Investigated phishing campaigns, malicious attachments and email-based threats using Proofpoint, Mimecast and Microsoft Defender.
