Cybersecurity Analyst
I am a Cybersecurity Analyst with hands-on experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring, security-alert triage, incident response, vulnerability assessment, and endpoint/network security at Blue Cloud Softech Solutions since August 2025. I designed and built a company-wide IT asset management dashboard in Excel, consolidating 243 hardware and software asset records to improve real-time inventory visibility. My current focus is on SOC monitoring and incident response using Fortinet and Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
Built a security-hardened Android operating system from AOSP, LineageOS, and GrapheneOS source for Pixel and OPPO devices, including system-level security configuration and driver/hardware integration.
Set up and deployed a Mobile Device Management platform to manage, configure, and secure company Android devices.
Built and self-hosted a rebranded Matrix-protocol messaging application using a self-managed Tuwunel home server and Cloudflare Tunnel.
Deployed a self-hosted AI workspace, secured external access through Cloudflare Tunnel, and configured the service to run persistently on Windows.
Applied Wazuh, CrowdStrike Falcon, and Seceon for security monitoring, endpoint protection, threat detection, and incident-response support.
August 2025 – Present
Joined as a Cybersecurity Analyst Intern in August 2025 and was promoted to a full-time Cybersecurity Analyst role in December 2025 after four months on the SOC team. Monitor and triage 50+ security events and alerts weekly across endpoint and network systems, escalating confirmed incidents according to SOC playbooks. Investigated and resolved 10+ security incidents and vulnerability findings end-to-end, including evidence collection, documentation, remediation coordination, and tracking. Use Fortinet and Palo Alto Networks firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS, firewall/IDS technologies, and Cisco tools to support daily SOC monitoring and investigation activities. Designed and built a company-wide IT asset management dashboard in Excel, consolidating 243 hardware and software asset records to improve real-time inventory visibility. Delivered five targeted security recommendations that converted monitoring findings into clear, prioritized remediation actions and helped close gaps in the organization’s security posture.
