Cybersecurity Engineer
I am a Cybersecurity-focused Computer Science graduate (2026) with hands-on experience in both offensive and defensive security. I built a virtual Security Operations Center (SOC) for real-time threat detection using Wazuh. My current focus is on contributing to a security team from day one.
Deployed a simulated enterprise SOC using Wazuh as SIEM/HIDS for real-time detection of brute-force attacks, lateral movement, and privilege escalation across Windows Server and Linux endpoints. Tools used: Wazuh, Metasploit, Kali Linux, Wireshark, Python, Windows Server, Ubuntu Server.
Conducted a complete black-box pentest identifying SQL Injection, XSS, IDOR, CSRF, and broken authentication vulnerabilities aligned with OWASP Top 10. Tools used: Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, SQLMap, Nikto, Python.
Executed full pentest lifecycle — service enumeration, web fuzzing, credential attacks — achieving root/system access on the HTB target machine. Tools used: Nmap, Gobuster, FFUF, Burp Suite, Hydra, Netcat, LinPEAS, WinPEAS, Kali Linux, Bash.
