Developed a text-based E-Attendance System to automate student registration, login, and attendance marking using Java. Integrated Email API for OTP verification and secure authentication.

I recreated a basic Incident Management System in ServiceNow using a custom table called u_incident. The project includes custom fields like short description, priority, status, and assigned_to along with forms and list views for managing incidents. I implemented UI Policies to make important fields mandatory, created a Business Rule to automatically set priority based on conditions, and used Flow Designer to send email notifications automatically during incident updates. This project helped automate incident tracking and improve ticket management processes.
